La società SAV Vacallo Basket prende le distanze da un gesto offensivo avvenuto durante l’ultima partita e riconducibile a un comportamento individuale di un proprio giocatore.

Condanniamo con fermezza qualsiasi forma di razzismo, discriminazione o mancanza di rispetto, valori che non rappresentano in alcun modo la nostra società, la nostra squadra e il nostro ambiente sportivo.

Ci scusiamo sinceramente con il giocatore coinvolto, con la società avversaria e con Swiss Basketball per quanto accaduto.

La società ha già avviato un confronto interno e prenderà i provvedimenti necessari, nel rispetto dei valori educativi e sportivi che da sempre promuoviamo.

SAV Vacallo Basket distances itself from an offensive gesture that occurred during the last game and is attributable to the individual behaviour of one of its players.

We firmly condemn any form of racism, discrimination, or lack of respect, values that in no way represent our club, our team, or our sporting environment.

We sincerely apologize to the player involved, to the opposing club @meyrinbasket , and to @swiss_basketball for what happened.

The club has already initiated an internal review and will take the necessary measures, in line with the educational and sporting values we have always promoted.
